Why ads go stale

GMV Max only performs as well as the creative we feed it. One winning video isn't enough — every video burns out. This is the trap:

Refresh before it dies

When a clip fatigues — CTR drops, CPM climbs — swap it. Keep ≥5 fresh clips in the backlog so we never start from zero, and review every week.
